We are an approved HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance) centre and comply with Highfield’s Code of Conduct and terms and conditions.

He was about to visit one of his clients, who runs a café chain, and that he would mention our company to them.

Sure enough, a few days later, we received an email from the Operations Manager of Fego Café at their Marlow Branch, inviting us for an interview. During the interview, it became clear, that they no longer wanted to receive training from their current health and safety training company and were currently looking for a new training partner.

It appealed to them that our style of training is totally different from anything they have received so far, in that it will be innovative, capturing, and will include skill enhancement and brand awareness with practical demonstrations. This, they realised, would improve employees understanding of health and safety and food hygiene and more crucially their responsibilities.

That the training is carried out at their sites, at a date and time that suits their business and that we can help them with induction training, to first aid, to Person Licence Holder, to Level 1 and Level 2 Health and Safety and Level 1, 2 and 3 Food Safety training and if required, right through to diploma level, was a particular bonus.

The training we offer helps the company to be legally compliant, to develop their teams and improve brand awareness. The courses are held in English, but course material and exam papers, is available in most languages. In an industry, which is helped and supported by foreign speaking employees, who have a good understanding of oral English, but struggle with their written language, it helps them greatly to pass the exam.

What they liked about us, is that all our trainers have many years of practical experience within the industry and can therefore teach with first-hand experience, capturing along the way the students concerns and imagination.
