HABCLevel 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing (RQF)

Who is this qualification for?

This qualification is aimed at individuals already working in manufacturing, or those who are preparing to work in the industry, and whose job requires them to have some responsibility for food safety and are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team. This course is CPD certified.

How long will it take?

To complete this qualification learners should expect to undertake 40 hours of learning.

  • the operational requirements needed to ensure food safety
  • how to establish food safety management procedures
  • the controls required for food safety and how to maintain food safety management procedures

Assessment method

This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice exam and a written examination.
